The People Attraction and Development department ensures and enables Allianz Technology to attract, develop and retain key talent for company success. We shape and implement effective initiatives, guidelines and formats that support our branches in various countries and make sure to establish a great employee experience, from the first awareness of Allianz Technology as an employer all the way to building a fulfilling development journey and career.

 

 

Key responsibilities

The objective of the global Talent Attraction team is to design and implement global standards and innovation along the talent attraction funnel and position Allianz Technology as employer of choice for (tech) talents via a unique value proposition and effective employer branding. The team connects with recruiters worldwide to establish and coordinate the best sourcing strategy and roadmap for key positions and contributes to bringing the best talent on board via effective recruiting formats, channels as well as active sourcing and talent scouting.

In this exciting role as Talent Attraction project manager will be part of a global team based in three countries and be responsible for the following:

•             Establish Allianz Technology as employer of choice in the Tech industry via creating a great candidate experience with key actions along the talent attraction funnel and global standards

•             Identify and run key initiatives to support the positioning of the Allianz Technology as employer in key markets such as employer certifications, partnerships, conferences etc

•             Benchmark with Talent Attraction practices within the Tech Industry

•             Enable countries to attract, recruit and onboard talent with effective standards, processes and innovative formats

•             Create effective and efficient recruiting via selection methods focusing on effectiveness and efficiency along recruiting kpi’s

•             Provide effective blueprints to countries such as for employee onboarding, effective selection methods etc

•             Establish global reporting, analytics and enable effective recruiting operations via platforms and systems

 

 

Key requirements /skills /experience

•             Successfully completed studies (preferably Master’s degree or similar)

•             3-6 years of work experience – ideally in project management, talent attraction, recruiting or other HR functions

•             Strong conceptual skills and hands-on getting things done mentality

•             Strong collaboration and communication skills

•             Open minded and drive to shape and challenge status quo

•             Ability to work with numbers and analytics to proof impact

•             High customer-orientation, pragmatic and solution-focused approach

•             Experiences in agile ways of working and methodologies are very welcome

•             Fluent in English
