The Allianz Technology Finance Hub in Barcelona is looking for a Senior Controller for the area of IT Service Charging and Pricing.

Job Role

Pricing and Planning is integral part of the Controlling Function of Allianz Technology with insights into costs, revenues and profits. Linking the cost causation to charging models facilitating the lowest Total Cost of Ownership in line with Transfer Pricing requirements is our mission. We are a dynamic and international team working on operational and strategic topics with passion to detail but also focus on the big picture in the IT Industry with a fascinating service portfolio.

What role will you play?

• You will guide the operational IT service delivery units in the preparation of price calculations, business cases, billing models and profitability topics as well as in overarching finance and planning-relevant topics, including preparation of price-relevant decision documents for top management
• You will be the Subject Matter Expert within our team to answer transfer pricing questions from a local tax perspective in close cooperation with the Group and AZ Technology Tax / Transfer Pricing departments and translate TP requirements into operational and strategic Controlling processes requirements
• You will own and develop further the Allianz Technology's global pricing framework, in particular regarding the profitability of services in compliance with global OECD transfer pricing (TP) guidelines, true up process implementation for company steering and TP compliance

• You will support the Business globally in achieving commercial readiness of their services through defining transparent and simple pricing and charging models, lead and moderate the calculation of the service prices and evaluating the service/ customer commercial impact
• You will drive set of assigned pricing projects to simplify and improve the overall commercial charging processes - AZT internally and towards the OEs in line with cost plus transfer pricing guidelines
• You will prepare pricing relevant decision presentations for top management

Requirements

• You have at least 6+ years of experience within Controlling, Pricing or Accounting related environment in an international matrix organization or in comparable Consulting Company, first experience how to deal with Transfer Pricing topics is desired
• You have hands on style starting from data analysis to leading the implementation of pricing projects
• You are willing to understand costing / value flows within ERP inclusive their consequences on cross boarder transactions, service productivity, Controlling processes
• You have competence to exchange complex information with diplomatic tact and value focus and to cooperate with a diverse internal and external audience
