What will make you succeed in this position?

• Business experience: A solid background in business, preferably with experience in areas such as strategy, operations, or project management
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills: The ability to analyze complex business situations, identify opportunities, and build compelling business cases
• Project management skills: The proficiency to implement and monitor company's initiatives, ensuring their successful execution across OEs
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills: The capability to adapt to changing circumstances, overcome challenges, and provide assistance to enhance the impact of company's initiatives
• Advanced understanding of data analysis and visualization concepts.
• Advanced knowledge of databases and data structures
• Proficiency in creating and manipulating datasets
• Understanding of Power BI functionalities such as data modeling, DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) language, and Power Query
• Advanced understanding of business intelligence and analytics principles
• Ability to create and customize reports and dashboards
• Proficient level with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and power point

Your mission in the role will be:

• Dashboard and Report Creation: Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions, especially interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Drive: Drive company's initiatives supporting the OEs in the implementation
• Assess: Evaluate the results of company's initiatives gathering and sharing insights
• Relationship: Establish robust relationships to become a trusted advisor on specific company's initiatives
• Collaboration with Stakeholders: Gather requirements and feedback from business users to continuously improve dashboards and reports.
• Project Management: Manage timelines and deliverables for projects related to business intelligence.
