Within our division, Protection & Resilience is a global team that is tasked with preparing our organization to respond to, and recover from, any disruption, emergency or crisis situation whilst also finding opportunities to continuously and comprehensively strengthen security and build resilience so that we can protect our global operations, people, and reputation.
For this team we are looking for you: a Global Protective Security Manager, who has a background in in protective security disciplines such as physical, personnel or travel security, to name just a few. Or also in threat management, investigations, personnel security, to help manage incidents and perform investigations both during and after an incident.
Functionally reporting to the Global Head of Protection & Resilience, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining controls and procedures for protective security, as well as managing external investigation cases across AZ Technology.

What you do
- Manage global governance for protective security, ensuring completeness and quality in deliverables from headquarters and global entities.
- Maintain and uphold internal standards and guidelines for protective security management.
- Support and advise stakeholders on protective security tasks, deliverables, and topics, both internally and externally.
- Review and analyze allegations of external crime, including conducting interviews and handling sensitive cases.
- Coordinate investigations of incidents across the global organization, identifying and involving relevant stakeholders.
- Deliver training on protective security and external investigations to various organizational stakeholders.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in protective security and external crime, contributing to strategies for enhancing security and resilience of Allianz Technology employees, operations, and reputation.
What you bring
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to contextualize intelligence, and knowledge of legal and ethical considerations in OSINT data gathering.
- High maturity level in developing stakeholder engagement strategies and creating management reports for effective communication.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and communication skills, with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and autonomously under pressure, effectively digesting and evaluating large quantities of information.
- Capability to build collaborative relationships in virtual, international, and complex team environments, with advanced proficiency in English; international work experience and additional languages are a plus.
- 5-10 years of experience in two or more areas such as security management, crisis management, resilience, risk management, business continuity, intelligence analysis, or related fields, with a proven role in open-source intelligence.
- University degree in a relevant discipline, including policing, investigations, IT, law, risk management, international security, business administration, forensic accounting, or economics.
