Allianz Services Spain within Allianz Technology plays a key role in Data Analytics and AI-driven transformation by providing impactful solutions, growing capabilities, and running selected innovation and scaling projects across the Allianz operating model. To drive these objectives forward, we are seeking a dynamic Deputy Team Lead Claims to work in the Data Analytics Service which is tasked with overseeing, coordinating, and supporting progress within the Claims STP and anti-fraud stream of the Solutions at Scale program.
You will

Take ownership over the implementation of the Claims and Anti-fraud stream of the Allianz Data and AI strategy. Priorities need to:

be translated into project opportunities towards which senior stakeholders are ready to commit.

articulated into solid plans, deliverables and milestones.

executed towards delivery of reusable AI products for group-wide adoption.
-
Steer an implementation team that spans across multiple organizations and geographies in a truly agile fashion, that inspires team members and meets the high stakeholder expectations.

Proactively manage the intersections across the multiple strategic initiatives, identifying risks and opportunities that are effectively managed and incorporated into the project roadmap.

Assess and evaluate options also on a technical level to provide input to senior management for informed decisions.
Your skills
Qualifications:

Bachelor's/ Master's degree
-
Strong understanding of Data Analytics, (Gen)AI and Technology transformation
-
Broad knowledge about large company dynamics, transformation initiatives and dependencies
-
Broad insurance domain knowledge, particularly in insurance claims (e.g. data in use, objectives, metrics, best-practices)
-
Career changers with insurance industry experience welcome

Fluent English skills (written and spoken) are mandatory and additional language skills are welcome
Experience & Key Skills:
-
7+ years of working experience in insurance sector in claims business domain.
-
Ability to represent, position and pitch Claims Analytics topic towards all levels of relevant stakeholders.

Strong leadership skills and ability to leverage, steer and motivate technical staff to deliver high quality (Gen)AI products at scale.
-
Deep familiarity with analytical methods, data and technology relevant for claims. Experience in technology transformation projects is a plus.

Entrepreneurial can-do attitude and drive with out-of-the-box-thinking, able to deal with focus on high quality product design and delivery execution

Strong analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills

Strong communication and relationship development skills towards diverse groups of business and technical stakeholders

Strong presentation skills, including towards non-technical audience and to senior management

Project management skills. Familiarity with Agile development and tools (e.g. Jira) is essential

Pro-active, flexible and energetic team player

Experience with DORA and budget planning/management tools a plus
