Who is CCS CAI? 

CCS bundles Contact Center Solutions whereas CAI stands for Conversational Artificial Intelligence.

The core of the CCS CAI unit is to design, deliver and run Chat- and VoiceBots for Allianz entities worldwide.

The DevOps team within the CCS CAI team delivers robotic chat and voice solutions for Allianz group standard contact center platforms. The CCS CAI DevOps team is currently building a global expert group driving design, implementation and operations of the environment.

High Level Summary of responsibilities

  • In charge of managing the Grafana set-up and managing the internal and external project partners
  • With a high degree of ownership, execute design and development phases, create documentation, and perform module testing and in-life debugging
  • Key point of every CAI service audit as part of the internal Grafana expert team
  • Able to work in an agile team, i.e. self-assigning responsibilities, estimating efforts, implementing customer story points and measuring success

 

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Work with business teams to build and operate Grafana Dashboards using Elastic Search and Logstach
  • Understand Voice-server alerting and logging and visualize on Grafana as per business requirements
  • Set up alerting and logging on Grafana with different data sources via Elastic Search/Logstach
  • Understand O-data and visualize on Grafana
  • Troubleshoot Grafana dashboards and modify visualizations
  • Conduct training for internal colleagues and help in building a high performing team
  • Challenge business requirements/solutions that do not deliver customer value or do not make appropriate use of technology
  • Demonstrate Allianz Leadership qualities of mutual trust and respect
  • Co-operate with and actively contribute to the health and safety of themselves and others within the workplace

 

 

Credentials & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as DevOps engineer
  • Experience with Grafana (or similar technologies such as Data Doc) and Elastic Search, Logstach in building business dashboards
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Familiar with Jira and Confluence
  • Familiar with ITIL defined processes
  • Experience in working with international teams in a multicultural environment
  • Experience as Azure DevOps engineer and CI/CD are a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft Cognitive Services (STT, TTS and LUIS) is a plus

 

 

Languages

  • English (fluent)
  • German basics as a plus
  • Third working language for assigned project country is a plus
