It is the ambition of Allianz Technology SE to ensure the seamless roll-out of BMP/ITMP, run and change, application maintenance as well as continued progress on decommissioning once the applications and teams have been transferred in the context of Gearshift.
The GSI (Global System Integration) function is in charge of all rollouts and is also responsible for the smooth running of the local/country layers, as well as OE-specific solution ensures a harmonized set of tools, methodologies, and cross project quality assurance and an industrial roll-out of all target systems.
The Protection & Resilience team within the Transformation Steering & Methodology department of GSI is in charge of different governance and safeguarding functions: Risk Management, Compliance including Data Privacy, Information Security and Protection & Resilience. The team is responsible for delivering and coordinating all regulatory requirements for all services and projects related to GSI.

Job Task/Description:

1. Develop and test plans to ensure the continuity of critical business functions and minimize information loss in the event of a disaster.
2. Ensure that IT security architecture, controls, processes, policies, and procedures are aligned with IT security standards and requirements for data protection, business continuity, IT service continuity and disaster recovery.
3. Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of the operational Protection & Resilience domains (Business Continuity Management, IT Service Continuity Management, Protective Security Management, Global Incident Management and Crisis Management).
4. Responsible for performing the BCM lifecycle activities for the GSI function. This includes Business Impact Analysis, Risk Identification and Assessment, Response Strategies, Response Planning, Exercise and Testing.
5. Responsible for executing ITSCM activities for the GSI function. This includes documenting IT Disaster Recovery plans, executing DR tests, documenting DR test reports and define Multi Year Test Plans.
6. Support GSI function service and project teams on resilience processes and deliveries. Represent GSI function in the resilience meetings and initiate the required actions for the affected services and projects.
7. Implement Allianz group and Allianz Technology SE Protection &Resilience standards within GSI function and meet company's KPI.

Candidate Profile/Requirements:

1. Higher education (Bachelor and/or Master) degree in IT or comparable technical education.
2. Relevant work experience (8-10 years) in different Protection & Resilience domains. Basic knowledge of Cloud platforms Microsoft Azure and AWS is a plus.
3. Good knowledge of local regulatory environment and standards like: COBIT 2019, BSI (GER), ISO27xxx, Disaster Recovery reports. Certifications such as CBCP, CBCI, CBCM, ISO 22301, ISO22313, ISO 27001 is a plus. Tool expertise such as RSA Archer, Microsoft365, ServiceNow is an advantage.
4. Proven track record within the financial (regulated) industry, an agile mindset and customer & service
orientation. Experienced in Project Management, Agile methodology and scrum framework.
5. Result-driven, winning, and convincing personality with strong customer focus and a team player mentality.
6. Ability to carry out tasks independently in non-standardized (ever-changing) work situations.
7. Competence to exchange complex information with diplomatic tact and to cooperate with a diverse internal and external audience.
