And we are looking for a Learning Advisor to join the team. You will create new (digital) trainings for different target groups especially in IT Tech, be the Expert to go to for our colleagues as well as be responsible to design, implement and evaluate whole development programs from scratch. Key Responsibilities

  • Be a key learning advisor to Allianz Technology employees and managers in the global Learning and Development Team of Allianz Technology
  • Manage the implementation and run of online learning solutions, including marketing, data management and contact to external provider
  • Co-create customized learning offers for various target groups (such as Academies) using available and new resources
  • Consult employees, managers and teams on available learning solutions
  • Organize global learning events, such as internal virtual technology conferences
  • Conduct reports on learning engagement for various stakeholders
  • Manage a global mentoring platform to support employees to engage in mentorships
  • Organize marketing and communication on learning offers on various channels (newsletters, webinars, intranet)


Key Requirements/Skills/Experience

  • Bachelor / Master Degree
  • 3-5 years of professional experience
  • Experience in design of learning & development initiatives ideally in the IT Tech industry
  • Passion for learning and IT Tech culture
  • Independent and self-driven working style
  • Proactive and curious approach to new topics
  • Absolut team player and strong collaboration skills
  • Fluent English skills in both speaking and writing
  • Good data analytical skills
  • Strong competence of MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Very good communication skills
  • Hands on approach with a global mindset
