We are excited to announce that we are searching for an Active Sourcer to join our team in Barcelona. As Active Sourcer, you would be joining the Global People Attraction team in the Headquartes of Allianz Technology, to find the best talent for our IT teams globally, who are working to create the best infrastructure and applications for the whole Allianz Group.  As being part of the Global team, we also work in different projects and strive to make Allianz Technology one of the best employers. We are always open to new ideas and try to make our processes as efficient as possible following agile methodologies and tools.

  • Be a talent hunter and play a key role to bring new talent on board
  • Consult with hiring managers, recruiters and business partners about the sourcing strategy
  • Actively approach and source suitable candidates and build rapport
  • Win talents with your passion and positive mindset to become a part of Allianz Technology
  • Act as a brand ambassador and build networks and pipelines of talents
  • Bring in your strategic and international mindset to connect with talents and colleagues around the globe to create an active sourcing community
  • Support the people attraction team in exciting projects e.g. review of onboarding journey and actively;
  • Support the enrollment of global standards to the international community;
  • Contribute to the establishment of internal and external Talent Pools




  • 3+ years relevant working experience in Recruiting or Active Sourcing
  • Experience in working in a headhunter agency is considered as a plus
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (e.g. resume databases and portfolio sites);
  • Accomplished studies in psychology, business administration with emphasis on HR or related fields;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Ready to work in a team with passion for continuous improvement and use of agile methods.



  • Ability to build rapport with remote team and customers;
  • Excellent communication and persuasion abilities (particularly when making cold calls and sending recruiting emails);
  • Time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously
