Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and driven candidate to join our team as Assistant Manager - Partnership to support Partnerships Unit project implementation & timeline management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Work with Bancassurance & Alternative Partners to define and agree on products requirements, sales sign up journey and preparing business case
  • Prepare the sales submission onboarding journey by writing project user requirements (UR) for project implementation or system enhancement
  • Ensure all stakeholders understand requirements and business scenarios
  • Deliver assigned projects as per agreed timeline and budget, identify possible issues and risk and facilitate resolutions
  • Prepare test plan, test script and perform user acceptance test (UAT) for all relevant systems
  • Participate in projects that involves improving existing business processes such as report automation, system enhancement, regulatory requirements, etc as required
  • Other related duties and responsibilities may be assigned from time to time


Key Requirements

  • Minimum Degree holder, preferably in Computer Science, Business IT or Actuarial . 
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in Life insurance industry especially in the areas of Business Analyst, Partnership Distribution or Product Development, with good knowledge of Life Insurance operations and system set up. 
  • Relevant experience in product / platform development & management, business process improvement & project management 
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills, able to manage and interact with different stakeholders 
  • Strong analytical skills and business savvy
  • Able to work independently to meet deadline
