Job Role

As an Associate Consultant with Allianz Consulting, you will be a key delivery expert and support in the execution of strategic projects. You will support the delivery projects by driving content delivery, creating solutions for customers to ensure consistent customer satisfaction and excellence. You will also support engagement managers and partners in identifying business development opportunities and pitching for new projects to enhance the global Allianz transformation and strategy agenda

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure high quality and timely delivery projects through individual contribution and collaboration with project stakeholders (e.g. driving analysis, project management, developing recommendations)
  • Develop professional knowledge in key topics and be recognized as a subject matter expert by organizational peers and leaders to drive change and transformation across Allianz
  • Develop strong customer relationships with key clients and senior stakeholders through analysis and anticipation of their needs and developing innovative concept to best serve them and their teams
  • Support business development efforts by building relationships across the organization and helping with pitches
  • Development of internal capabilities to enhance the global Allianz Consulting presence across Allianz entities


Key Requirements/Skills/Experience

  • Fresh graduates with 0-1 years of working experience. Relevant experience in the consulting, insurance or asset management industries is a bonus
  • Strong interpersonal skills and project planning management capabilities – able to work well with both senior team members and organizational leaders
  • International working experience and the ability to navigate different working cultures is a bonus
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving proficiency, including methodological & conceptualization skills, moderation and presentation.
  • Passionate, self-driven and independent with a knack for creativity & innovative thinking
  • University Degree or a comparable professional experience
  • Fluent in spoken and written English. Second language would be an advantage
  • Subject matter specialities in areas such as Economic, Business, Process/ Product
  • Project Management, Agile Delivery is a bonus
