Customer Service Consultant – Home & Contents | Sydney- NSW, Brisbne - QLD, Adelaide- SA

As an Allianz Customer Service Consultant, you'll be there to assist with inbound queries from existing and potential customers on their home and content insurance. You will be the voice of Allianz and will meet customer's expectations by ensuring a professional and courteous experience is delivered to each and every customer -whether providing general advice on products and services or making updates to existing policies.


You’ll be responsible for:

  • Receiving inbound calls from existing and new customers – providing advice on our product offerings.
  • Updating and amending existing policies.
  • Attending to customer phone line and assisting with management of various inboxes.


Important to your success

  • Previous experience in a customer service or customer facing role
  • Strong communication skills
  • Passion and enthusiasm to deliver a great customer experience – putting the customer at the heart of everything you do
  • Collaborative, team focused individual who supports and respects others
  • Must be available to commence 4th July 2022
  • Able to attend online Assessment Centres
  • Able to work in our Sydney, Adelaide or Brisbane CBD office locations - we support a hybrid working environment!
