We provide internal IT support to end users and perform CPI process from location with the global initiatives from Germany. 


Job Responsibilities:


  • Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to phone calls and tickets assigned to the queue
  • Ensure that sufficient relevant information is gathered and maintained as part of the ticket handling process
  • Use an array of relevant software applications, policies and operating procedures to resolve problems to the users' satisfaction
  • Forward tickets to the next level of support, if applicable
  • Perfom root cause analysis to support continous improvements in service delivery and customer experience
  • Address issues and escalations within the area of responsibility and compile reports on overall customer satisfaction
  • React to customer complaints and suggest solutions when a product /service malfunctions.


Job Requirements:


  • The ideal candidate will have a bachelor degree in an Information Technology related field with a minimum of 3 years relevant working experience
  • Engage in customer satisfaction and customer relationship management 
  • Apply verbal and written communication skills as well as research and problem solving skills
  • Experience in the application of commonly-used concepts, practices, procedures and IT tools for end user technical support
  • Relevant work experience in the related field in a high-traffic customer service setting
  • Fluency in English plus additional language skills appreciated, e.g. local language, German, French, Italian, Spanish
  • Competence to manage tasks in demanding and unfamiliar situations with problem solving skills based on practice and precedence
  • Ability to cooperate efficiently with clients and different departments as well as willingness to support new team members.
