Internship - Customer Initiatives
We are looking for a trainee to support continuous activities in our Market Management Team.
•Support steering of key projects and Regions (schedule management, deliverables tracking, action follow-up, etc.)~crlf~•Support monitoring and management of Regional performance across key projects~crlf~•Help ensuring timely delivery of NPS results to Group HR and Group Communications for Year-End Reviews (including scores checking against set Success Factors targets)~crlf~•Help ensure quality, accurate and timely reporting of NPS findings to Regions~crlf~•Help prepare company-wide communications activities (e.g. Complaints Management, NSM, NPS)~crlf~•Support management and maintenance of TCC Connect site~crlf~
•Master in Marketing/ Market Research/ Economics / Statistics (Business School),~crlf~•Ideally with a first successful experience in Marketing / Customer Insight / Customer Experience (e.g. internship)~crlf~•Excellent command of English (both spoken and written)~crlf~•Strong analytical skills: attention to detail and high level of accuracy required when completing tasks~crlf~•Ability to produce clear and concise summaries~crlf~•Able to demonstrate a high degree of tenacity, strong ‘can do’ attitude~crlf~•Excellent time management and organization skills are essential~crlf~•Proactive and curious individual~crlf~•Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office pack (Excel, PowerPoint)~crlf~•First experience in defining communications activities is a plus
