    The department Organizational Management is in charge of driving Business demand across Allianz Partners’ business units (worldwide). Based in Paris, the team is responsible for prioritization of platform investments and for fostering standardization and harmonization of processes and solutions across the Group.~crlf~ ~crlf~You will join the Organizational Management Department as part of the Assistance team, into the Mobile Devices and Digital Risk team. ~crlf~ ~crlf~Having 3 to 5 years of experience in insurances plans or assistance services, the ambition is to take ownership of the end to end processes that have been designed by the group and transform the local and global business.~crlf~Allianz Partners is taking its expertise into new offers for appliance protection and mobile device insurance, as well as Cyber protection. It is one of the major growing sector in Allianz Partners, and enrich our ability to support our international consumers across the globe, being manufacturers (OEM), retailers, telco or brokers.~crlf~ ~crlf~You will join a dynamic and fast growing team focusing on the deploying the global end to end processes, improving the platform to support business operations (from sales to case management) and supporting the implementation of new Business Partners across our new line of business in continuous growth

    As Project Manager, you are responsible to : ~crlf~##Support on-going tenders and business development activities to provide pragmatic and operational solutions in the different regions across the globe~crlf~##Support, structure, challenge and formalize business solutions end to end on the MDDR line of business esp. leveraging our standard products and leverage our global platforms~crlf~##Coordinate implementation activities with operations and account managers to ensure consistency of the offers and the technical and functional capabilities~crlf~##Help and support implementation of the new end to end platform in the different regions across the globe~crlf~##Manage implementation of new business partner with the support of our regional teams ~crlf~##Support local countries to migrate their existing and future portfolio in the new platforms to help system decommissionning~crlf~##Challenge and strive platform efficiency and anticipation to market and business partners needs

    ##Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, process or operations department (e.g. support tender offers, build end to end operating model , manage business development or process rationalization), ideally with experience in process design and business needs collection~crlf~##Some functional and system knowledge to help collaborating with our internal and external IT providers~crlf~##Strong analytical abilities together with operational pragmatism~crlf~##Highly motivated, dynamic, self-steering~crlf~##Previous experience in international settings and/or cultural sensitivity in order to fit into a multinational project setup~crlf~##Fluent in English~crlf~##Possibility & willingness to travel abroad for short period on request~crlf~##Strong interpersonal skills, able to foster relationships with peers and other functions~crlf~##Collaborative team player~crlf~##Values diversity and works well in a multi-cultural environmen
