CRM Specialist (f/m/d) in Munich or Frankfurt
We are looking for a CRM Specialist to be a part of our global team dedicated to ensuring that we are maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of the CRM system, Salesforce, based on various user group needs. ~crlf~~crlf~You will be a critical part of the firm’s Global CRM Team, and will work in partnership with distribution, business management, IT and other internal stakeholders. ~crlf~~crlf~We are seeking someone with excellent technical and interpersonal skills who can interface directly with internal stakeholders to understand their needs in order to administer and improve the CRM system accordingly. You will serve as the “go to” for users, promote adoption, keep current on new Salesforce releases and AppExchange solutions, provide training, and more. Additionally, you will perform basic support functions as needed. The role will be based either in Munich or Frankfurt.
## Coordinating and collaborating with colleagues in Europe, the United States and Asia-Pacific to share and implement best practices in CRM usage~crlf~## Build and maintain fields, views, reports, dashboards, and other Salesforce objects and functions~crlf~## Create new reporting and dashboard capabilities and respond to ad-hoc reporting/dashboard requests as needed~crlf~## Continuously explore opportunities to improve the CRM system and enhance the end-user experience~crlf~## Develop new workflow improvements and find opportunities for harmonization across the Salesforce platform ~crlf~## Handle support cases and system change requests according to department procedures and with minimal interruption to users~crlf~## Create and administer training to existing or new users/groups~crlf~## Partner with IT colleagues to design and implement better architecture and functionalities, and/or custom configurations/alterations of Salesforce~crlf~## Partner with Marketing and support key processes around marketing automation and campaign management~crlf~## Assist Global Distribution Management, and regional Business Management teams to create processes in Salesforce to help monitor activities, trends, sales and leads~crlf~## Monitor and improve data quality in Salesforce~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~
## You hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and have a deep understanding of the asset management business as well as the general concepts of Customer Relationship Management (CRM)~crlf~## You have several years of work experience and have experience with, or general knowledge of the standard capabilities of a CRM system~crlf~## You have excellent skills in organization, prioritization and time management; strong ability to multi-task and meet deadlines; detail and goal-oriented~crlf~## You have strong communication skills in English, written and verbal~crlf~## You are experienced in a business facing and/or project manager role where creative thinking, persuasive communication and continued reinforcement of key concepts were important to success~crlf~## You have experience in using email marketing and/or marketing automation tools, especially in an integrated IT environment a plus
