•~crlf~Bachelor's degree in Organisational Management or related field.~crlf~•~crlf~Member of the Business Continuity Institute or relevant certification is preferable.~crlf~•~crlf~At least 8 years of relevant working experience in BCM planning and management in the financial/insurance industry with 3 years supervisory role.~crlf~•~crlf~Experience in leading or facilitating BCM exercises including industry wide exercise.~crlf~•~crlf~Experience in analysing and responding to crisis incident/emergency within a security environment or international institution or financial/insurance industry.~crlf~•~crlf~Ability to analyse data and extrapolate relevant information, identify problem root causes and think creatively for solutions.~crlf~•~crlf~Experience in conducting BCM training.~crlf~•~crlf~Independent worker but a team-player; self-starter; business-minded; pragmatic; result-oriented with a 'can-do' attitude.~crlf~•~crlf~Entrepreneurial with strong managerial skills.~crlf~•~crlf~Ability to handle situations and perform under pressure.~crlf~•~crlf~Ability to deliver high-quality results; and takes ownership of initiatives.~crlf~•~crlf~Engaging personality who is able to build and maintain good working relationships and strong professional presence.~crlf~•~crlf~Effective communicator preferably with good command of English, both in speech and writing.
