Disability Inclusion

Women's Aid
As part of our partnership with Women's Aid, a leading national charitable organisation working to stop domestic violence against women and children in Ireland since 1974, we have established a domestic abuse policy to ensure the Allianz workplace is an inclusive environment which stands in solidarity with victims and survivors of abuse. This policy will help create a safe work environment where any employee can feel safe to make a disclosure and know they will be heard and supported. We are also committed to educating our workforce on domestic abuse through training sessions with Women’s Aid to recognise the signs of abuse and to know what resources are available to support anyone in need of help.
Allianz Employee Networks
Our employee networks give individuals a sense of community and the chance to network with colleagues based on a shared identity or experience, as well as with their “friends & allies”. They are an important partner for raising awareness, advocating change and setting our diversity and inclusion agenda.
Allianz Pride is our employee network dedicated to LGBTQ+ inclusion. We promote a corporate culture that values the uniqueness of all employees, regardless of gender expression and sexual orientation, enabling them to maximize their talents and ensuring a working environment free from discrimination.
Allianz NEO is our employee network focused on gender balance, inclusion, and equality. It evolved from women's networks across the Group. To achieve gender equality, all genders must be part of the conversation.
The Allianz Beyond network seeks to raise awareness about disability inclusion, ensuring that all Allianz workplaces are barrier-free and promoting Allianz as an attractive employer for individuals with disabilities.
Allianz GRACE is our employee network for nationality/ethnicity inclusion and has eight local networks in place. GRACE provides a platform across the Group to connect and exchange the learning and insights needed to foster a work environment inclusive for all, independent of race, cultural ethnicity or nationality.
Our initiatives for age inclusion are strongly supported by Allianz Engage, our employee network for age inclusion. Through Allianz Engage, employees are encouraged to actively contribute to a company culture that values the knowledge of all generations, allowing individuals to thrive throughout different stages of their lives.
