Headquartered in Munich, our operational management is delivered through 16 offices in Belgium, China, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, the UK and the U.S.

Our investment approach
- We invest globally but manage our properties locally. We consider equity and lending opportunities in the same light and target properties in primary markets that offer steady, unlevered returns with a low to moderate risk profile.
- Our holistic approach to the markets, our broad diversification strategy, our organizational structure and our ability to develop and execute complex deal structures enable us to constantly identify new opportunities and develop long-term partnerships.
