One important but often invisible part of my work is connecting the dots across Allianz. We bring together employee feedback, local initiatives, best practices, and experts from different functions and countries to identify common themes and opportunities for improvement.
By enabling collaboration, sharing successful approaches, and equipping local teams with the right insights and resources, we help turn employee feedback into meaningful action more effectively. Much of this happens behind the scenes, but it accelerates positive change for employees and ultimately helps Allianz deliver better outcomes for customers.
