Kayleigh Woodford has spent 17 years with Allianz, building a career that’s as diverse as it is fulfilling. Starting out in a customer service role, she’s worked her way up through various departments, gaining skills, and finding new opportunities along the way. “My 17 years at Allianz have been full of growth, change, and support,” Kayleigh explains. “I started as a senior customer representative and over time moved into team leadership roles, and even took on a role in training. Each step of the way, I’ve had the chance to learn new skills and discover different parts of the business.”

“Looking back, there are so many standout moments – but one I’ll never forget is being named Employee of the Year in 2013. That recognition meant a lot. But honestly, it’s the everyday moments that stick with me the most. I love helping train new colleagues and watching them grow. Knowing I’ve played a part in their success is incredibly rewarding.”

Of course, every career has its ups and downs. “For me,” says Kayleigh, “one challenge has been overcoming nerves when it comes to interviews. But Allianz didn’t just leave me to figure it out alone – they offered webinars and coaching that really helped build my confidence.”
