“My career at Allianz has spanned over a decade, starting with LV where I began my journey in a customer-facing role” Joshua tells us. “What was initially meant to be a short-term job quickly turned into an opportunity to take on leadership positions. I’ve had the chance to work in a variety of roles – from managing social media live chats to leading policy crime prevention teams – and it’s a great example of the diverse career growth Allianz offers its people.”
“Currently, I lead a team focused on fraud prevention, where we work to safeguard both the company and our customers from threats like Ghost brokers, fraudsters, terrorism funding and drug/human trafficking gangs. These roles have allowed me to collaborate with so many talented individuals across different locations, including Croydon, Brentwood, and even Wales. Having that national scope has really enriched my experience and given me the chance to apply my skills in new ways.”
