Allianz Employee Networks
Our employee networks give individuals a sense of community and the chance to network with colleagues based on a shared identity or experience, as well as with their “friends & allies”. They are an important partner for raising awareness, advocating change and setting our diversity and inclusion agenda.
The mission of our local network Allianz ENRICH, which stands for Race, International, Cultural, Heritage, is to be a welcome community for supporters of multicultural and international colleagues, representing the interests of the diverse workforce through innovation, cooperation, mentoring, education, and creating an inclusive and equal work culture within all Allianz UK employees.
