“Another thing that’s made a huge difference to me is being encouraged to speak up and share ideas. There are regular surveys and cool initiatives like ‘Why on Earth’, where we can suggest changes or improvements to how things are done. I’ve even had a few of my own ideas put into action, which makes me feel like I really have a voice here. It’s great to work somewhere that actually listens and makes you feel heard.”
