Daniel Liggins, a team leader at Allianz, has had an incredible career journey over the last eight years in the Bournemouth office. Recently, he was promoted to a new role as a compliance officer, marking an exciting step forward in his career. “One of my most memorable moments at Allianz was winning the Employee of the Year award at the 2023 Star Awards. It was a moment that meant a lot to me, especially considering the personal challenges I had faced in recent years. After the loss of my mother, I went through a difficult period but received support from my manager and the company to help me get back to work."
