In short: We will support Allianz Group Teams worldwide with strategic and practical solutions to promote products and services while becoming more customer-centric and data-driven.~crlf~If you have a marketing, consulting or data analyst background, more than 3 years of experience that blended the marketing and analytics domains, brought you a firm grasp on present digital marketing platforms and analytics technology, as well as the desire to connect art and science, we definitely want to meet you!

##Act as a trusted advisor for team members and clients, helping them succeed in achieving a high degree of maturity in digital marketing and marketing analytics~crlf~##Derive business and analytical requirements from marketing objectives and address key marketing questions~crlf~##Quantify marketing performance, customer engagement and customer behavior by specifying and harmonizing key metrics~crlf~##Leverage customer data using a diverse set of tools and transform raw data into actionable insights to improve the customer experience and marketing outcomes~crlf~##Communicate complex quantitative data and analyses in a clear, concise manner to senior marketing decision makers~crlf~##Facilitate and establish data-driven decisions in marketing functions~crlf~##Drive concurrent digital marketing or marketing analytics initiatives and scale them into the organization~crlf~##Manage stakeholders on a global and local level and across business functions~crlf~

##3+ years of experience in a digital marketing / marketing analytics role~crlf~##Degree in business administration or a quantitative field (mathematics, economics, computer science etc.)~crlf~##Relevant experience in digital marketing domains such as targeting & segmentation, customer journey optimization, campaign management or personalization~crlf~##Understanding on how to engage customers across marketing channels and touchpoints~crlf~##Expertise in quantifying and evaluating customer engagement, customer value and marketing performance~crlf~##Strong business acumen combined with an affinity for numbers and analytical rigor~crlf~##Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, MicroStrategy, Tableau)~crlf~##Significant experience in Excel and SQL, experience in at least one programming language (notably Python or R) is desirable~crlf~##Familiarity with large-scale data, ability to quickly dive into and master new data sets ~crlf~##Proficiency in data storytelling to translate analytical findings into clear, concise marketing recommendations~crlf~##Strong can-do attitude, clear logical thinking and curiosity~crlf~##Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills~crlf~##Fluency in English is mandatory, German or any other language is a plus~crlf~
