Program & Service Manager of Allianz Core Business System (ABS) for Germany and IT Master Platform (ITMP) within Life Insurance (m/f/d)

As a Program Manager for service management of the Allianz Core Business System (ABS) in Germany and the IT Master Platform (ITMP) within Life insurance you are responsible for the complete Service Lifecycle of the services “ABS Linux Infrastructure for Germany” and “Life SaaS Service for Belgium” following the principles and guidelines of service management within Allianz Technology. In this role you support the strategy of Allianz Group to implement the Business Master Platform (BMP) to create a truly global business platform that will enable us to operate in a simple, digital and scalable way. The BMP digitalizes the Allianz Customer Model (ACM) – which is the end-to-end business model for the Allianz Group that is defining the functionalities and configurations of insurance products and processes in the system (business core) – by integrating it with the ITMP – which is the technological basis, systems and services (technical core). Furthermore, you apply the Allianz Technology Global Delivery Model in order to enhance our existing services according to the specific needs of the Allianz organizational entities (e.g. integration of further group standards or rollout to additional Allianz entities). ~crlf~~crlf~The Program Manager will work in very close collaboration with the delivery units of the entire area (CP05ABBS) as well as in an international environment with highly engaged teams. Strong IT expertise in order to understand the existing group standards and technical market developments as well as confident interaction with various IT stakeholders complete your profile and form the basis for a successful cooperation.

##Functional lead of the Service Management for the services “ABS Linux Infrastructure for Germany” and “Life SaaS Service for Belgium” following the principles and guidelines of service management within Allianz Technology. Close collaboration (matrix organization) with the respective line organization for software development, application run and infrastructure services.~crlf~##Managing the services according to defined KPIs based on the principles of entrepreneurship, strong customer-, goal-, and result-orientation.~crlf~##Development of sustainable and innovative solutions when enhancing the existing services according to the needs of the respective Allianz entities and the service management principles of Allianz Technology.~crlf~##Program and multi project management: Responsibility for a large scale service portfolio with respect to the customer program structures (Allianz entities) and Customer Solution Group (CSG) structures of Allianz Technology.~crlf~##Proactive multi-level stakeholder management from C-level to team leader level. Consults customers and creates sustainable, efficient and economically viable solutions.~crlf~##Definition of an innovative strategy for the future development of the services and embedding this strategy into the overall strategic context.~crlf~##Functional support and guidance of the employees within a matrix organization throughout the change process towards a service oriented delivery.~crlf~

##Allianz Executive (AE) Leadership or expert (level 2, manager of managers), university degree (computer science, business information technology, or mathematics) or comparable.~crlf~##Fluent German and English~crlf~##Multiyear hands-on experience in IT service management (software development, delivery and infrastructure) as well as strong capabilities in in large-scale program management (PMI / PMP desirable)~crlf~##Disciplinary leadership experience would be an advantage~crlf~##Proven experience in change management and in managing large scale transformation projects~crlf~##Entrepreneurial attitude with strong goal- and results orientation~crlf~##Agile mindset, customer and service orientation~crlf~#Capable of driving technical, organizational and functional innovations while taking controlled risks~crlf~
