##Professionalization of Data Analytics & BI Use Cases & consulting in an interdisciplinary team under challenging technical and organizational parameters at Allianz~crlf~##Independent promotion of innovative topics & sustainable solutions for Allianz departments in various insurance domains, taking into account technical as well as economic aspects~crlf~##Supporting customers in the integration and enhancement of BI, analytics and big data solutions~crlf~##Responsibility for project progress and technical leadership of project team members~crlf~##Use of mathematical-statistical methods and creation of scenario models~crlf~##Optimization of organizational processes as a result of the analyses in order to create transparency, derive innovations and further develop business~crlf~##Creation of multidimensional insurance or operations models and solutions in the area of data analytics to show our customers options for action (in the context of e.g. internal processes, claims analytics, sales & marketing analytics or operations)~crlf~##Data manipulation, analysis and visualization of large amounts of data as a basis for precise prediction models~crlf~##Responsibility for project progress and technical leadership of team members~crlf~

##University degree in business administration, economics, computer science, mathematics, software engineering, business informatics or engineering sciences~crlf~##5+ years of professional experience, ideally in consulting with experiences in Business Intelligence or Analytics (databases, data architecture, data modelling, project management)~crlf~##Highest level of client and service orientation ~crlf~##Commitment, high degree of responsibility and team spirit~crlf~##Very good communication skills in German and English as well as analytical thinking, precise working methods and customer orientation~crlf~ ~crlf~Desired requirements~crlf~##In-depth experience in data evaluation with MS Excel, ideally including VBA~crlf~##Knowledge in the following areas is an advantage ~crlf~ - Data governance and strategy~crlf~ - Data manipulation (e.g. Python, R); analysis and visualization of large amounts of data (e.g. Databricks/Spark, MS Power BI, SAP Analytics, Qlik, Tableau); ~crlf~ - SQL and SQL services; platform support (Sharepoint, SQL Server); ~crlf~ - Experience around web development (JavaScript, Angular JS); user management or application management is an advantage~crlf~##Responsibility for project progress and technical leadership of team members, committed team player with a high sense of responsibility~crlf~##Insurance business experience and knowledge~crlf~##International work experience (min 24 months)~crlf~
