Allianz Germany aims to modernize Allianz Business Systems (ABS), which includes all lines of business, in the upcoming years. The department ABS and Enterprise Edition Architecture in the pillar of Customer Platforms within Allianz Technology is working on a project to migrate our IBM Z based database backend to a x86 based Linux backend. Furthermore we setup different projects to establish the cloud readiness of the business logic. Several initiatives also aim to build up the Enterprise Edition out of ABS Germany. The department ABS and Enterprise Edition Architecture is in charge of the architecture of the IT System, in which Allianz Germany operates all its customer, contract and claim data as well, as the ABS Enterprise Edition. Therefore, we work closely together with Allianz Germany as well as the responsible department of Allianz SE and the ABS Core Competence Center in Vienna. We are also part of the IT Governance Bodies.

##Project Management and Team Leadership: You are working on ongoing and planned projects to implement the above mentioned goals. Your task is to design and implement the target architecture together with your colleagues. You are working closely together with the Chief Architect for ABS Germany and ABS Enterprise Edition.~crlf~##You evaluate the requirements (technical, functional as well as non functional) and consult, design and implement the target architecture based on the guidelines which are given by the architecture blueprint of the Allianz Group.~crlf~##Participation in the governance bodies of Allianz Germany and the ABS Core Competence Center. Within the scope of these activities, you will be responsible for the preparation and follow-up of all topics concerning ABS D and ABS EE.~crlf~##Furthermore, you will also be responsible for the topics which, from an IT point of view, have to be actively introduced into the committees for ABS D and ABS EE and also the debrief to the implementing organization.~crlf~##You are driving technical, organizational and functional innovation in a matrix without having the line responsibility for the respective employees to enable the organization to apply the architectural changes properly.~crlf~##In order to do this, you have to manage the involved stakeholders from board level to domain architects and more junior employees~crlf~

##Based on an university degree in mathematics/informatics or comparable you have at least +5 years of proven working experience in project design and implementing software architectures for business critical applications.~crlf~##You have certificates in IT architecture, like iSAQB, TOGAF or comparable certifications that complement your professional profile.~crlf~##You have at least five years of experience in leading teams or projects with a strong focus on architecture.~crlf~##You have a great knowledge about different architectural designs and design patterns, partly with a deeper understanding (cloud architecture, microservices, integration architectures, patterns for resilience SOA, REST, etc).~crlf~##You have a proven track record within the financial industry, an agile mindset and you are customer and service oriented.~crlf~##You are able to summarize complex issues for board members as well as for employees. You are able to work hands-on together with our IT architects.~crlf~##You will be expecting some business trips in EU countries from time to time. Our working language is German. We expect very good written and oral English skills (C1).~crlf~
