TruChoice Suitability Specialist

Under limited supervision, responsible for delivering subject matter expertise on the topic of suitability (Best Interest). Provides suitability and client best interest perspective to wholesalers and producers and discusses potential new business cases. Performs suitability/best interest review of new business. ~crlf~~crlf~Escalates issues as needed and provides coaching to wholesalers and producers to improve suitability awareness. Assists with product review and escalated producer issues. Influences compliant business practices and field behaviors by proactively monitoring trends, identifying educational opportunities and recommending improvements.

* Conduct product review and manage escalated producer issues~crlf~* Provide proactive and reactive suitability guidance and review for new business cases to TC wholesalers and producers~crlf~* Assist in monitoring and resolving producer conduct issues and complaints ~crlf~* Assist in compiling data to determine trends, provide analysis of trends to appropriately manage business risk, and assist in projects as needed~crlf~~crlf~

* 2-3 years experience required: Suitability or Financial Services~crlf~* Two-year degree required or equivalent work experience~crlf~* Securities licensing preferred based on indirect involvement with securities related activities~crlf~~crlf~
