Transformation Analyst - New York
Organization Transformation and Productivity Improvements is engaged to transform the business through change. The role holder is responsible for supporting in a variety of Business Transformation engagements (e.g., execution of ACM, Post Merger Integrations, BPR4D, Profitability Analyses, etc.), which are closely aligned to achieve benefits as defined by the business. This role will:~crlf~##Provide valuable analysis and input to planning, structuring, leading and executing Organizational Transformation Programs of high impact and complexity, enhancing customer journeys and NPS scores through increased customer excellence;~crlf~##Support the review, analysis and improvement of product architecture and portfolio efficiency;~crlf~##Assist to improve business processes (e.g., through digitalization/RPA/AI) to achieve productivity gains; and~crlf~##Team member in engagement teams consisting of Transformation Managers, Transformation Analysts and Support Staff.
##Day-to-day management and end-to-end execution of the Transformation Scope, including executing the respective scope of an individual transformation project, according to the agreed overall transformation plan. ~crlf~##Up-to-date working knowledge of the Transformation program and the point of contact for reference and information. ~crlf~##Seen as an expert in Business Transformation and Productivity Improvement to drive income enhancement and productivity.~crlf~##Management and analysis of issues, monitoring the expenditures and costs in own area against delivered and realized benefits, steering own team to achieve expected results.~crlf~##Ensure early engagement with Stakeholders on known hot spots and future demand, continuously keeping them informed of progress and issues in alignment with Transformation Lead. ~crlf~##Ensure continued cooperation towards successful completion and benefits realization. ~crlf~##Positively influence key position holders across locations and functions. ~crlf~##Support transformation management colleagues where interdependencies demand collaborative action and team work.~crlf~##Ensure timely and transparent information is communicated to the Transformation Lead (i.e., accurate and relevant decision support material).~crlf~##Provide progress reports, outlining risks and issues in a timely manner so that the Transformation Lead, jointly with the governance bodies, can avoid business risks and make critical decisions.~crlf~##Executing and lead initiatives according to agreed standards and methods. ~crlf~##Direct own work stream that will successfully support the delivery of Business Transformations. ~crlf~##Feedback experience and real-live best practices to Standards and Methods via Transformation Lead, to continuously improve global standards. ~crlf~##Practitioner level competence in OCM, CE, Lean, BPR.~crlf~##Lead the execution of process improvement projects, including the successful implementation of Lean-six-sigma projects or BPR4D. ~crlf~##Leverage task transfer, SSU, RPA, and AI to improve process efficiency. ~crlf~##Support Demand management to ensure work ensues on prioritized demand from operational backlogs, strategic BPR4D, Productivity Steering Group and Investment Business Cases.~crlf~##Build, manage and motivate own Transformation Team (local or virtual team) of Transformation Analysts, Work stream Leads, project support staff and team members from other departments, including any kind of line management tasks (e.g., performance reviews) as well as ensuring personal and business growths of own staff and engagement team members ("Transformation Education Hub").~crlf~~crlf~
##Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or similar discipline;~crlf~##Project and/or Program Management skills, from individual task management to the ability to manage large complex projects;~crlf~##Line management experience;~crlf~##Insurance industry experience;~crlf~##Ability to break complex subjects into manageable pieces, determining status quo, business requirements, targets and course of action;~crlf~##Change Management experience, including stakeholder management, change curve, and communicating change;~crlf~##Excellent relationship management skills, including customer satisfaction, understanding customer needs, building CBA & Business Cases and consulting with the business;~crlf~##Excellent analytical and decision making skills;~crlf~##Ability to communicate with people at various levels of the organization both verbally and in written form;~crlf~##Ability to provide constructive feedback;~crlf~##Ability to resolve conflict and ensure all parties are aligned; and~crlf~##Ability to work cross-culturally and cross-functionally. ~crlf~~crlf~
