At AGCS our Human Resources department has an in-depth understanding of the business and is delivering a best-in-class support and counsel service to leadership and employees. ~crlf~ ~crlf~Organizational Design is a function newly created in AGCS HR out of the recently launched strategy NEW AGCS. Organizational Design will be acting as one major contributor for facilitation and execution upon AGCS’ way to being THE market leader in our segments and to deliver on our ambitious targets. ~crlf~ ~crlf~Based in Munich and reporting directly to the Global Head of HR, you act as the driver of organizational transformation at AGCS, providing guidance and consulting to leadership as well as designing governance, tools and processes. You contribute significantly to successful implementation of NEW AGCS strategy and TOM, incl. conceptual work, evaluation, preparation of decisions and implementation.

##Build the newly created function for organizational design including set up, key tasks and priorities~crlf~##Provide oversight on organizational structures within AGCS as one strong contributor to implement NEW AGCS strategy and TOM model~crlf~##Review and update functions, as is, to be, build Orgchart inventory~crlf~##Design “AGCS OrgDesign Principles” which drive harmonization and standardization of organizational topics such as e.g. rules and processes, governance for spans and layers, titles/ gradings/ department naming, etc.~crlf~##Review, analyze and optimize reporting structures and levels of the organization~crlf~##Setup processes to support the right-sizing of organizational units~crlf~##Challenge leadership through organizational changes and reviews, act as a consultant to leadership~crlf~##Facilitate Organizational Design councils with relevant information and decision proposals~crlf~##Provide regular and ad hoc updates to Board on FTE development, major organizational changes / CRs, Spans and layers~crlf~##Cover interface to relevant stakeholders for FTE planning like TOM and strategy office, Planning & Controlling and others~crlf~##Strongly collaborate with operational HR in execution of changes~crlf~

##Masters’ degree or equivalent in relevant field (economics, maths, business administration)~crlf~##English a must, German and/ or other language an advantage~crlf~##Min. 10 years of work experience in a multinational, complex corporate environment~crlf~##Proven experience in consulting and/ or project management~crlf~##Deep expertise in insurance~crlf~##Substantial work experience in Organizational Design and / or HR~crlf~##Internal: Allianz executive requirement fulfilment 2 out of 3 ~crlf~##Experience in building up and leading an interdisciplinary topic~crlf~##Strong conceptual skills and end-to-end thinking as well as ability to turn concepts into implementation plan and results~crlf~##Experience in dealing with demanding stakeholders on all levels and with multiple interfaces~crlf~##Ability to challenge leadership in a constructive and collaborative way~crlf~##Experience in working in multi-disciplinary teams and fast-paced project environment, agile working methods~crlf~##Proven people leadership skills ~crlf~##Ability to look at the bigger picture as well as a keen eye for details~crlf~##Result oriented, problem-solving and hands on work attitude, working effectively in a multinational environment~crlf~##Excellent time management, communication, decision-making, interpersonal and organizational skills~crlf~##Mindset: Global thinking, ownership, execution, collaboration ~crlf~
