At AGCS our Client Service Management team supports our clients, brokers and client-facing business teams by providing expert support for our multinational insurance programmes. Our aim is to deliver exceptional customer service and operational effectiveness, while always striving to achieve better, simpler and faster customer service for our multinational and Global Corporate clients.~crlf~ ~crlf~Based in London and reporting directly to the Global Head of Multinational, you will head up the Client Services and Multinational team (25 to 30 people) for Region Unit London, ensuring effective E2E client service and also driving efficient processing service across underwriting, accounts, claims, credit control and brokers/clients and the Allianz Multinational Network.~crlf~ ~crlf~You will be responsible for driving the multinational insurance solutions strategy for the region, adapting to continuous changes in the organization and ensuring buy-in from your team members as well as other stakeholders in the business. You encourage innovation, capability development for the future and global harmonization of AGCS processes. You will also participate in the global transformation of the Multinational Value proposition.~crlf~ ~crlf~In collaboration with other client-facing teams, you represent AGCS Multinational with our external clients, brokers and in other external forums.

In this role you will~crlf~##Be responsible for all service aspects for our Global Corporate and Multinational accounts in RUL (UK and Nordics), across multiple lines of business, managing a portfolio of more than 500M EUR (GWP) through the dedicated AGCS Multinational team~crlf~##Develop and implement a strategy to ensure a “best in market” service delivery, including stakeholder alignment around SLAs covering availability, performance, response, cost and quality~crlf~##Develop, update and broadcast operational KPIs / SLAs~crlf~##Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all key local/regional stakeholders, working closely with Global Distribution to develop tailored solutions~crlf~##Lead, manage and develop a team of 25 to 30 team members, including a Team Lead who has direct responsibility for around half of the department (including resource & performance management in collaboration with HR)~crlf~##Work with global Multinational functions to develop lean organizational processes to increase efficiency, to identify and share best practices~crlf~##Manage and drive effective delivery of outsourced services with focus on increased collaboration, productivity and cross-functional cooperation~crlf~##Manage of servicing of a significant SOE portfolio of multinational business with a dedicated SOE team responsible for more than 70M EUR ~crlf~##Participate in the transformation of the team into a client-facing unit and drive innovation. Gain market facing responsibility for IIP accounts~crlf~##Drive change and implementation of the TOM model in the OE. Communicate change to employees and lead staff during change processes~crlf~##Develop and drive lead key local, regional and global projects where required~crlf~

##Solid previous experience in the Corporate Insurance sector, managing an international portfolio or in a client-facing role ideally handling multinational programmes~crlf~##Experience working in an international environment ~crlf~##Advanced understanding of policy administration life cycle, including information collection, policy issuance, premium bookings, credit control, cancellation, and knowledge of AGCS lines of business~crlf~##Proven successful leadership skills, able to motivate, manage and develop teams~crlf~##Knowledge of HR and Finance processes, including resource planning and cost management~crlf~##Communicate effectively to influence key stakeholders~crlf~##At ease working in a global corporate matrix organization~crlf~##Able to adapt to change, thriving in a context of transformation and able to drive innovation~crlf~##Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and experience of mainframe administration~crlf~
