##Key developer and approver for new proprietary product/contract wordings and/or all substantial tailoring of standardized AGCS forms to meet requirements of industry sectors, key clients or brokers, including complex negotiation of contract terms and conditions, company participation and pricing~crlf~##Lead of team of product development professionals in the pursuit of developing new business while developing their skills and career path ~crlf~##Work across business Lines, forming relationships to ensure regional knowledge sharing with regard to special products / enhancements, specific UW knowledge for LoB products ~crlf~##Maintain strong internal relationships with Legal, Regulatory Compliance, Claims and other LoBs handling similar or related products or customers to facilitate product development and support a One Allianz market face to customers and brokers~crlf~##Ownership of LoB Compliance with regional regulatory requirements with respect to product development, including forms, rating and NA Usage Rules~crlf~##Maintain strong market relationships necessary to anticipate and respond to changes in requirements for key industry sectors, clients or brokers~crlf~##NA regional thought-leader in coordination with LoB heads and expert advisory point for junior, senior and other expert underwriters~crlf~##Leads the development, implementation and filings of policy forms and compliance for Financial Lines in NA for all LoBs and OEs, including legal research, wording~crlf~##Development, training, customer and broker meetings and acting as liaison with Claims/Legal and Underwriting~crlf~##Develop/define regional LoB Strategy for product development in accordance with global product development and regional LoB head~crlf~##Changes in global legal and tax requirements for local policy issuance~crlf~##Local regulatory developments~crlf~##Effective management within the global matrix~crlf~##Cross LoB collaboration in delivering blended products

##Bachelor Degree: Preferably Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law or comparable discipline~crlf~##Certification: Preferably completion of professional insurance qualification (e.g. CII)~crlf~##Significant experience in underwriting profitable business in LoB~crlf~##Expert understanding of LoB products and portfolio~crlf~##Well recognized established relationships with brokers at peer group level and well established within market~crlf~##Significant experience working in a complex global matrix organization leading a team of professionals~crlf~##Expert understanding of legal and regulatory framework~crlf~##Comprehensive technical knowledge of LoB products, coverages, underwriting practices, pricing processes and sales distribution channels~crlf~##Risk Assessment and Management: ability to assess risk inherent exposures and (natural) hazards relevant to LoB~crlf~##Pricing and Market Management: Analyze current performance against benchmarks applying how the market operates and functions, the business needs and customer needs~crlf~##Contract Drafting and Interpretation: design, develop and implement consistent, robust wordings~crlf~##Policy Management: Robust understanding of policy administration life cycle, information collection, policy issuance, premium bookings, credit control, cancellation~crlf~##Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze highly complex data, from multiple sources, in detail; identify and resolve issues before they transpire~crlf~##Strategic Planning: Ability to develop, implement and communicate strategies to address important trends or changes in business~crlf~~crlf~
