At AGCS our Distribution department has an in-depth understanding of the demand and expectations of corporate clients and brokers. It is offering a best-in-class support to create client-related solutions that contribute to the overall economic targets of AGCS by using the full range of products and services offered by Allianz Group.~crlf~ ~crlf~Based in Frankfurt you will report directly to the Head of KAM Team I. In this role you will proactively distribute AGCS products & services to large key global clients. You will fill the pipeline to drive sustainable and profitable growth by executing a solution- and service oriented strategic sales approach. You proactively develop and foster long term, sustainable relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including client, broker and AGCS staff. You will be secure business in force with assigned clients and brokers by understanding the customer’s needs in depth, servicing the identified needs to increase customer’s satisfaction and loyalty, finding and delivering solutions which fit for the customer and AGCS and creating long-term trusted relationships with customer’s key decision makers.

##Steer the overall relationship with assigned existing clients internally (AGCS account teams) and externally to secure business in force according to global strategic approach of AGCS. Drive Strategic Account Planning, proactively develop strategic action plans (SAPs) and ensure SAPs documented in client database, Salesforce.com (SFDC).~crlf~##Develop balanced pipeline with target accounts / submissions to fulfil financial targets and desired business mix. Generate new business for AGCS according to AGCS UW strategy and to steer in that context the target-setting process for existing and new clients in cooperation with AGCS underwriting units.~crlf~##Development of existing Broker relationships (Global & 2nd tier Broker) and portfolio in close cooperation with AGCS LoBs. Active steering of broker portfolios. Develop balanced pipeline with target accounts / submissions to fulfil financial targets and desired business mix.~crlf~##Be a central entry port into Allianz Group for AGCS clients and steer overall client relation based on OneAllianz approach. Clearly articulate the AGCS multi-line business offering and benefits to deliver Upsell and Cross Sell opportunities.~crlf~##Identify opportunities with other Allianz Group businesses to provide overall client solutions and revenue synergies to the business.~crlf~##Provide market intelligence for developing innovative solutions for our client’s needs. Proactively develop in depth client and industry expertise and use to challenge the client and uncover un-stated needs.~crlf~

##Well experienced (mind. 11+ years) in corporate insurance and managing industrial accounts.~crlf~##In depth knowledge / understanding of client’s business including experience with brokers.~crlf~##Capability to establish trustful and long-term relationships with customers and brokers.~crlf~##Successful track record with (new) clients in industrial insurance segment.~crlf~##Underwriting expertise in AGCS lines, preferably with focus on short-tail LoB’s/Property.~crlf~##Sales background and solution provider attitude – especially with (global) brokers.~crlf~##In depth negotiation and presentation skills.~crlf~##Ability to motivate and persuade others to act - even without executive authority.~crlf~##Willingness to travel.~crlf~##Master’s degree in related field (e.g. Economics, Law, Industrial Insurance) and/or insurance salesman (“Versicherungskaufmann”).~crlf~##English and German language skills (on a fluent basis).~crlf~
