At AGCS our Human Resources department has an in-depth understanding of the business, to deliver a best-in-class support and counsel service to our managers.~crlf~~crlf~Reporting directly to the Global Head of HR, you will be responsible for creating and deploying talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain key talent into AGCS for the needs of today and tomorrow. You will partner with regional and global HR teams to further develop and enhance operational efficiency and service delivery across multiple business groups and markets to deliver consistent high quality service to key stakeholders. You will be responsible for driving our employee value proposition and influencing key drivers of talent attraction, engagement and retention.~crlf~~crlf~Leading a team of experts across the globe, you will proactively integrate global perspectives in the development of strategies, processes and metrics to unify Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding and Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) practices worldwide and bring solutions to increase efficiencies across the globe.

Talent Acquisition ~crlf~•~crlf~Further develop the AGCS recruiting approach from a strategic perspective based on a solid understanding of best-in- class global recruiting programs, future needs and based on state-of-the-art approaches~crlf~•~crlf~Develop, manage, and implement effective global recruitment strategies and processes in partnership with senior leadership and HR~crlf~•~crlf~Serve as an internal consultant to senior leadership to proactively understand staffing needs and develop strategic plans to address staffing projections; provide guidance to deliver high quality candidates and hires across the organization ~crlf~•~crlf~Optimize Talent Acquisition expertise and leverage best practice models/processes and tools to enhance the experience of candidates and hiring managers ~crlf~•~crlf~Conduct executive recruitments across the organization for global roles and for regional roles where appropriate. Further develop the team, e.g. by coaching the recruiters on active sourcing~crlf~•~crlf~Build global internal and external pipelines of potential candidates and promote mobility across AGCS and other entities together with the HR community ~crlf~•~crlf~Ensure the implementation of AGCS recruitment policies and processes for executives, including Fit & Proper policy~crlf~•~crlf~Actively contribute to the Allianz Group HR Center of Expertise and develop a global network that sets the direction to maintain up-to-date knowledge of recruiting issues and trends within the group~crlf~Employer Branding~crlf~•~crlf~Serve as the company’s subject matter expert on recruitment, employer branding and our employee value proposition (EVP) ~crlf~•~crlf~Communicate EVP and evaluate effectiveness of EVP activities; educate and support HR teams and hiring managers ~crlf~•~crlf~Develop an EVP strategy that can be used in job postings, job boards, social media, leveraging input from internal social media and the communications team ~crlf~•~crlf~Manage existing channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Careers page and job boards) maximising effectiveness and keeping the content fresh, engaging and up-to-date. Continue to build and grow AGCS’s presence in relevant recruitment channels and markets ~crlf~~crlf~Diversity & Inclusion~crlf~•~crlf~Work directly with a senior leadership team, deeply committed to becoming a more diverse and inclusive organization. ~crlf~•~crlf~Leverage AGCS’s wellbeing offerings globally~crlf~•~crlf~Lead AGCS’s global Diversity & Inclusion strategy together with the business and represent AGCS for all matters of Diversity & Inclusion and Wellbeing to Group HR~crlf~•~crlf~Build and maintain cross-functional relationships across the broader HR organization; keep up to date on diversity & inclusion programs and developments by exchanging with Allianz Group and other entities. ~crlf~~crlf~

•~crlf~You have a (ideally a Master’s) degree in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration, or related field~crlf~•~crlf~5-10+ years’ experience in executive search/talent acquisition, including global experience~crlf~•~crlf~Proven experience in building organizational capability and expertise in recruiting top talent~crlf~•~crlf~Solid understanding of process optimization and project management~crlf~•~crlf~Strong business acumen; thorough understanding of business goals, vision, culture and environment~crlf~•~crlf~Proven ability to lead and operate successfully in a highly matrix global organization~crlf~•~crlf~Demonstrated ability to interface with and influence leaders, coordinate with other cross-functional colleagues internally and build relationships with all levels in an organization~crlf~•~crlf~Internet savvy and experienced in social media, brand, and networking~crlf~•~crlf~Proactive, innovative and problem-solving skills~crlf~•~crlf~Proficiency at managing and coordinating team meetings, communication and projects~crlf~•~crlf~Collaborative team player~crlf~•~crlf~High communication and presentation skills~crlf~•~crlf~Fluent English ~crlf~~crlf~
