Headquartered in Stuttgart, Germany, it has on-site experts based in regional Allianz offices across multiple continents.~crlf~~crlf~The Lead Tech Developer (m/f/d) will be part of the Digital Solutions & Projects team and will focus on further implementation and enhancement of our in-house Data Warehouse solution, with special attention on the data model, infrastructure, maintainability, integration with other systems and reporting capabilities; as well as to define and translate business needs into software requirements.

##Responsible for development and maintenance of AGB’s Data Warehouse (DWH) as product owner (incl. requirements management, coding reviews, performance optimization, debugging and updating) and integration thereof with other information systems~crlf~##Collaborate with main stakeholders to understand business developments, needs and requirements to continuously improve quality standards~crlf~##Analyze existing business processes, needs and tools and translate them into automated data flows and software requirements~crlf~##Responsible for the IT Infrastructure of AGB (from Cloud Provisioning, Database Administration, Migration, SSL Certificate Renewal etc.)~crlf~##Ensure and drive a smooth working relationship with stakeholders such as e. g. Allianz Reinsurance and Allianz Digital Health~crlf~##Document requirements, architecture, design, functionality and interactions of the Digital Solutions information systems~crlf~##Contribute to data analysis tasks, performance optimization and debugging for the DWH~crlf~

Qualifications:~crlf~##University degree in computer science, informatics, software engineering, or professional qualification in related area~crlf~##Development experience with Python; strong experience with Django and Django REST Framework~crlf~##Knowledge of the Azure and Azure Kubernetes Service~crlf~##Familiarity with SQL and Relational Database design, maintenance and administration; PostgreSQL knowledge and experience desirable~crlf~##Understanding of Unit and Integration Testing Automation~crlf~##Knowledge of and experience with Angular 8+~crlf~##Knowledge of Docker, Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, Git, SSH and issue tracking systems (Jira, Gitlab Issues etc.)~crlf~##Fluency in English required; German or other languages are a plus ~crlf~ ~crlf~Experience:~crlf~##Ideally 4-6 years relevant job experience as a full stack or backend software developer and or business analyst~crlf~##Highly organized and motivated self-starter with strong focus on maintainability and with a test-driven approach to software development~crlf~##Entrepreneurial thinking paired with a creative and proactive attitude towards problem solving and delivering results with minimal supervision~crlf~##Ability to quickly grasp on team needs and offer suggestions above and beyond what they are asking for~crlf~##Naturally curious individual with the ability to quickly learn new skills and become an expert in the various systems used by the team~crlf~##Ability to work independently and under pressure, while also being team-minded~crlf~##Ability to multitask, with focus on speed and execution~crlf~##Internal Allianz IT knowledge is a big advantage~crlf~
