Applying the French law granting the freedom to choose the professional future, Allianz Technology France has calculated its Professional Equity Index Between Women and Men. This index analyzes the company’s remuneration and individual increase policies, with the objective to reach a minimum score of 75 points out of 100.
In 2019, the Professional Equity Index of Allianz Technology France is: 86 points.
