    Within Allianz Partners, Group Operations manages operations for travel, assistance and digital via 35 local operations platforms and 6 global operations platforms, called Global Competence Centers. Allianz Partners operations is comprised of 8,000+ staff around the world.~crlf~ ~crlf~Within Group Operations for travel, assistance and digital, the Business Architecture team aims at increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of our operational processes and developing our Customer centricity, by driving best practices sharing programs (creating a community within the group, identifying and implementing Best Practices locally, and harmonizing processes & platform organization). It is also responsible for the design and set-up of Operations for innovations and global products and it fosters the digitalization of our core processes by supporting the launch of digital products, capturing digitalization opportunities, defining blueprints and ensuring replication across Lines of Business and Business Units.

  • Responsabilités principales

    Within the Business Architecture Team, you will report to Head of Business Architecture. As a member of an international team working in collaboration with our Business Units (BU) and Global Competence Centers (GCC) all over the world, you will gain a solid experience in an international and multicultural environment. You will also interact with different functions (e.g. Sales, Underwritting, Market Management, Org Management, Legal, etc.). As Group Project Manager for Appliance Protections and Mobile Devices & Digital Risks (MDDR) you will be the subjet matter expert and you will be in charge of the design and the implementation of the Operational capablities to deliver the service for MDDR products and the monitoring of the performance for the Global contracts. ~crlf~ ~crlf~In terms of content, the activity is based on the following key pillars:~crlf~ ~crlf~Focus on Operations excellence for Appliance Protection and MDDR activities:~crlf~##Develop and enforce operations guidelines, process blueprints across our BUs and GCCs ~crlf~##Improve quality, productivity and external cost management via the deployment of Best Practices~crlf~##Lead the Appliance Protection and MDDR Ops community in Allianz Partners~crlf~##Support innovation initiatives~crlf~##Monitor Performance of Business Partner Contracts, GCC, service provider network against SLA/KPI and against improvement initiatives~crlf~ ~crlf~Define operations model and support deployment in delivery centers (GCCs, local BUs) for Appliance Protection and MDDR activities in Global deals~crlf~##Define Ops set-up for each global deal according to the requirements of the tender (countries scope, languages)~crlf~##Define and/or customize operational processes ~crlf~##Define and/or customize functional & business requirements to adapt the claim handling system to the new deals’ specificities and Clients’ requests with Organization Management team~crlf~##Coordinate the Ops implementation with different stakeholders (Network, Org Management, Business)~crlf~##Monitor the performance once the activity is implemented~crlf~ ~crlf~Collaborate with Global Accounts in global tender processes and support BUs in local tenders~crlf~##Participate in the Qualification Process for each new business opportunity identified – Advise/Consult/Challenge/Support ~crlf~##Define operations value proposition for tenders~crlf~##Represent Operations in client meetings~crlf~##Provide cost estimates~crlf~ ~crlf~Be part of cross Line of Business Operations initiatives:~crlf~##Support group initiatives in regards to productivity, efficiency, cost containment, quality improvements~crlf~##Collaborate with colleagues from other Lines of Business to support cross functional projects~crlf~##Provide input and own Strategic and Productivity initiatives
