    We are looking for a Personal Assistant to join Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty in Munich.~crlf~ ~crlf~As the Personal Assistant in the area of Reinsurance & Cat Management you will provide efficient and responsive administrative, organizational and logistical support. You will ensure that the manager can focus on strategic matters by processing delegable tasks. You will also participate in important projects where involvement of the manager’s office is necessary. This position is on a part-time base.

    In this role you will…~crlf~##Maintain the manager’s schedule and email account by filtering and answering emails, highlighting any urgent correspondence and maintaining confidentiality at all times~crlf~##Represent manager's office regarding (urgent) queries, phone calls and calendar invitations by redirecting or taking forward such contact as appropriate~crlf~##Ensure travel arrangements are managed effectively, including flights, hotels and visa requests. This often includes interaction with other senior managers on an international basis.~crlf~##Liaise with relevant individuals and external organizations to arrange meetings, prepare agendas and draft minutes~crlf~##Contribute to and coordinate ad-hoc projects and initiatives for manager's office. This can include the creation of presentation, workshop preparations/minutes, etc.~crlf~##Coordinate and contribute to projects and initiatives of the department and support the team across a range of tasks

    ##Degree in Office/Business Administration and/or secretarial qualification~crlf~##Proven experience in an administration/executive assistant/PA role in a highly pressurized environment requiring tact, judgment and discretion~crlf~##Experience in administrative and diary management/researching and booking of travel and accommodation~crlf~##Proficient at Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)~crlf~##Excellent communication skills and good presentation skills~crlf~##Strong ability to prioritize, reactiveness and ability to anticipate needs~crlf~##Networking skills~crlf~##High level of confidentiality~crlf~##Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
