Regional Head of Org. Management and Operations Support
A/ Org. Management - Drive key changes and Implementation of transformation/specific projects. A/ Org. Management ~crlf~1/ Portfolio Management: Delivery of projects in the region, supporting group projects and support business analysis,Change management and User acceptance testing of any projects within the region~crlf~2/ Business Support: support each domain in daily activities including systems. Govern the support of business functions in enhancing and in the use of the group and regional, local systems (PID, PDD, SLA defects, Requests for change, Corrective & evolutive maintenance, usage & trainings...) ~crlf~3/ Business Transformation: ~crlf~a/ Lead transformation and development of new business capabilities for each domain (incl. business analysis, business architecture, project management, change management). ~crlf~b/ Provide resources that support the Business analysis, Change management, user Acceptance testing of the group and regional IT projects. ~crlf~c/ Operating model design and implementation to achieve strategic goals. ~crlf~d/ Agile Journey: provide assets, approach and resources to drive change; drive and implement Agile Journey activities to transform the current organization ~crlf~~crlf~B/ Regional Operations Support : ~crlf~1/ Steer Regional OPS support activities : Regional Purchasing and Regional BCM, ~crlf~2/ Coordinate Ops support activities in the region (travel, environment, procurement, facility, fleet, gen services, BCM, security) ~crlf~3/ Drive Operational improvements across the region by ensuring BU Operations teams are operating in an efficient, effective and consistent manner~crlf~C/ Participation in Governance Bodies representing CFAO~crlf~
