NEUR Head of Talent Development & Acquisition/ NEUR HRBP
This role is responsible for approx. 1500 employees in 15 countries for Euler Hermes Northern Region. You will lead the NEUR talent management strategy to attract, develop, retain and deploy talents to drive the region's strategic business goals, aligned to the Group EH & Allianz TM framework. Responsible for advising the Head of Region, BU Head's of HR and CEO's in Talent Management issues.
Develop in-depth understanding of Regional Talent Management aligned with digital, cultural & disruptive leadership transformation.~crlf~Drive successful Country & Regional Talent Dialogues - provide input and guidance to regional and local succession plans, individual developmental action plans etc.~crlf~Develop future skills, embrace life-long learning mindset & create purposeful employee experience.~crlf~Develop engagement, talent attraction & recruitment strategies through various channels.~crlf~Overseeing of local recruitment & selection process. ~crlf~Responsibility for the recruitment, onboarding of AE and coordination of the Northern Europe Leadership Programmes. ~crlf~Promote employer branding initiatives including CSR, social media advocacy, Early Career Programs etc. ~crlf~Leading Diversity & Inclusion initiatives on the NEUR level. ~crlf~Responsible for NEUR workforce planning.~crlf~Acting as HRBP for regional staff. ~crlf~Continuously adapt & digitalize HR processes, tools & policies to be more Agile. ~crlf~Align acquisition, development, performance management and diversity initiatives to close identified short, mid- and long-term talent gaps.~crlf~Provide advice in the areas of organizational excellence and TM (planning, acquiring and on-boarding, assessing, developing performance).~crlf~Work with local Heads of HR and CEO's to make sure action plans are implemented and feedback is given.~crlf~Liaise with the senior Regional team as NEUR HRBP advising on talent management & acquisition.~crlf~Implement Group HR policies, practices and systems whilst ensuring each company complies with employment legislation of their respected local BU.~crlf~Matrix management responsibility of the Early Career Program participants~crlf~
