Do you wish to drive the long-term profitability and quality of EH CZ customer portfolio through contributing to new growth initiatives and business opportunities?~crlf~~crlf~We are looking for a suitable candidate for the position of EH CZ Sales Manager who will be part of our EH Czech Republic team in the Prague office. ~crlf~~crlf~The role is a “hybrid role” - 50% of the job is building on an existing portfolio and 50% is direct acquisition of new clients. The primary aim for the role is to achieve portfolio targets through nurturing and cross-selling of existing customer relationships whilst expanding the portfolio with newly acquired customers.

You will find the role being the challenge you are looking for if you want to~crlf~ - Reach targets of portfolio growth and quality; ~crlf~ - Renew existing policies; ~crlf~ - Identify cross- and up-selling opportunities;~crlf~ - Engaging multiple sales channels in doing direct acquisition (cold calling, leveraging references, social selling,…)~crlf~ - Ensure proper pricing;~crlf~ - Take personal responsibility for the implementation of group-wide quality of service standards; ~crlf~ - Service customers based on guidelines of Operational Manual - Interact closely with other core functions (i.e., Risk, Claims, Policy Administration) ~crlf~ - Apply commercial underwriting standards to ensure profitability and quality of customer portfolio;~crlf~ - Actively engage in commercial/ digital related projects contributing to the above. ~crlf~~crlf~The position has no direct reports (individual contributor).~crlf~~crlf~

The role is best fit for someone who is/ has~crlf~~crlf~Market knowledge:~crlf~ ~crlf~ - Expert know-how in specifics of the local market; ~crlf~ - Ability to build extensive network with close contacts to market players and opinion leaders;~crlf~ - Previous experience in sales in B2B finance/ insurance/ services is a plus.~crlf~ ~crlf~ Business expertise: ~crlf~~crlf~ - Ability to generate and convert leads; ~crlf~ - Expert knowledge in communication, sales and negotiation skills across the full sales cycle. ~crlf~~crlf~Interpersonal skills: ~crlf~~crlf~ - Ability to liaise with members of other core functions; ~crlf~ - Ability to convince customers in negotiations;~crlf~ - Positive, highly motivated, can-do and target driven personality with strong time management and planning skills. ~crlf~~crlf~Other skills:~crlf~~crlf~ - Minimum Bachelor university degree preferably in Economic, Trade, Business but can be compensated for by long term practical experience in a relevant field;~crlf~ - Czech native speaker with minimum intermediate level of English (written and spoken);~crlf~ - Proficiency in general IT tools usage, digital skills (O365/ MS Office, Outlook, …).~crlf~~crlf~
