- Renew existing policies across in Singapore ~crlf~- Identify cross- and up-selling opportunities on existing policies~crlf~- Apply commercial underwriting standards to ensure profitability and quality of customer portfolio~crlf~- Educate and assist intermediaries and policy holders on policy details~crlf~- Maintain accurate policy information in group systems~crlf~- Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with existing policy holders~crlf~- Interact closely with other core functions (ie. - Minimum 5 years of experience in B-to-B accounts management in a multicultural organization preferably in the insurance/financial sectors.~crlf~- Ability to build extensive network with close contacts to market players, policy holders and brokers~crlf~- Strong communication and negotiation skill~crlf~-Highly motivated, dedicated and responsible individual~crlf~
