Service Manager Workplace Services (m/f) in Rotterdam/ Brussels
Within Benelux team, the Service Manager has end-to-end responsibility for the Technology, costs, and quality of a set of IT services, including the support and management of service development, service sourcing, service transition and the continuous improvement. In addition, he / she is responsible for managing the initiation of introducing the Allianz Technology IT services in the OEs.
##Coordinate, monitor, steer and continuously improve the services / service delivery according to service lifecycle management~crlf~##Ensure the coordination, tracking and handover of individual to standardized services and contribute to the portfolio management for new, existing and decommissioning services~crlf~##Assure that knowledge is secured and transferred between the team members ~crlf~##Setup regular team meetings~crlf~##Owner of workplace documentation~crlf~##Create clean understandable installation routines for the support teams (l1 / l2)~crlf~##Responsible for Windows 10 laptop maintenance, image and policies ~crlf~##Responsible for local SCCM environment and maintenance~crlf~##Ensure continuity of the workplace services~crlf~##To support implementation of future processes needed in relation to workplace services~crlf~##Support onboarding future strategic targets & project~crlf~##Ensure all actions needed for major releases are performed~crlf~
##Understanding relevant products , processes and services and the lifecycle of the service/s~crlf~##Engaging in customer relationship management and supplier management~crlf~##Ability to carry out tasks independently in non-standardized (ever-changing) work situations~crlf~##Readiness to mentor new team members and junior colleagues~crlf~
