Within the Global System Integration Tribe, which is delivering and operating Allianz Partners’ E2E target solutions, eMagin is the Allianz Technology eCommerce global unified platform, rolled out in over 14 countries in Europe and providing real time quotation and turn-key sales distribution and e-claim services of insurance products through direct B2C, agency B2B & integrated B2B2C channels, across multiple Lines of Business: Travel, Medical & Road Side Assistance, as well as Mobile Device & Appliance Protection.~crlf~As Business System Analyst & Component Owner based in Barcelona, you will be part of an international cross-functional agile team (with delivery locations in Paris and Bangkok) taking over end-to-end ownership for various business applications in fast-paced enterprise projects, contributing to world-wide rollouts and guaranteeing stable solutions to our client, Allianz Partners, which is striving to achieve Product harmonization and simplification by embracing Digitialization & Automation at scale.~crlf~You will be the connecting link between business requirements and implementation, by driving the functional & techincal design of our business application, specifying requirements as well as analyzing defects, (re-)designing components and processes for highly reliable applications. Together with developers, architects and QA you will be also co-creating the evolution roadmaps of the given component(s) and ensuring their timely implementation.

• Write Functional and technical tasks with all the relevant specifications (Story, design, expected outcomes, test cases).~crlf~• Analyze defects and collaborate with developers in defect fixing processes.~crlf~• Work closely with the Architects, Delivery Managers, Business Analyst, Technical Solution Analyst and fellow Component Owners to support decision making and delivery outcomes.~crlf~• Support developers from a business requirements perspective, including identifying, quantifying and removing inefficiencies and obstacles within application~crlf~• Ensure Component Backlog is correctly maintained and prioritized according to functional/business and technical/enabler priorities.~crlf~• Represent the Component: be able to validate or challenge priorities based on the technical and business impact of component, be able to challenge prioritization of technical debt and production issues.~crlf~• Support testing and validation of the development: work with the QA team to ensure any development done is thoroughly tested, ensure a correct communication is done within components in case of dependencies, involving business owners and delivery managers.~crlf~~crlf~

• Education or experience in IT (university degree or equivalent work experience)~crlf~• Minimum 2+ years of work experience as a product owner in digital software development, dealing with client server products for large-scale companies.~crlf~• Experience in working with agile methodologies (SCRUM, KANBAN)~crlf~• Good knowledge of Confluence, Jira~crlf~• Good to have: AWS Cloud knowledge, Splunk, SQL, RESTful API, SOAP services, COLT & GIT~crlf~• Good project management skills.~crlf~• Performance oriented, self-motivated individual with, proactive problem solving and summarizing skills.~crlf~• Team player with good interpersonal skills, ability to work in a multicultural environment and a matrix organization.~crlf~• Fluent English (C1) is required as is the everyday working language, other languages such as French or Spanish are a plus.~crlf~~crlf~
