Group IT Strategy and IT Management as part of Group IT Governance, IT Strategy & Security is responsible to strategically steer the IT transformation within the Allianz Group in line with the corporate strategy and catering for external trends in IT. Group IT Strategy & IT Management develops the IT Strategy of Allianz Group as binding guidance for the IT functions in all OEs and Shared IT Service providers of Allianz Group in line with the business strategy of Allianz Group and ensures that regulatory requirements with respect to the IT Strategy are fulfilled in particular with respect to the responsibility of the Allianz SE Board of Management. Group IT Strategy & IT Management communicates the IT Strategy to relevant IT stakeholders within all Allianz OEs and Shared IT Service providers and assesses the alignment of the OEs’ IT Strategies with the IT Strategy of Allianz Group and its realization via the OEs' project portfolios. Implementation of the IT Strategy is steered via the OE IT Steering Boards and monitored via global KPIs.~crlf~ ~crlf~The "Senior Expert IT Strategy & IT Management" takes responsibility to drive the implementation of the IT Strategy of Allianz Group. The "Senior Expert IT Strategy & IT Management" advises on and steers the architectural transformation and the OE IT project portfolios throughout Allianz Group and executes end-to-end IT Steering by operating the IT Steering Boards (ITSBs). The "Senior Expert IT Strategy & IT Management" evolves EA tooling as platform to document IT projects and their architecture impact to facilitate OE and group views for IT steering, matures IT Operations in Allianz Group and supports the Head of IT Strategy & IT Management to report on IT Transformation and IT Operations to external (BaFin) and internal (ITC, GRisk, Group CTO, Group CIO and OEs) stakeholders addressing IT Management-related information risks.

##Advises on and steers the architectural transformation and the OE IT project portfolios throughout Allianz Group by fostering IT transformation roadmaps and decommissioning plans~crlf~##Executes end-to-end IT Steering by operating the IT Steering Boards (ITSBs) and prepares transformational target setting for OE CIOs ~crlf~##Creates OE and Group-view reports on as-is status as well as transformation/ IT Strategy implementation to external (BaFin) and internal (ITC, GRisk, Group CTO, Group CIO, OEs) stakeholders~crlf~##Steers and evolves IT Operations (IT Service Management processes) from a global perspective and ensures global reporting on Operation Stability perspectives ~crlf~##Targeted and result-oriented communication towards stakeholders of other relevant group centers and IT stakeholders globally to establish a network of trust centered around strategic IT steering and management topics~crlf~##Monitor compliance and realization of strategic group initiatives, and track implementation~crlf~

Qualification~crlf~##University degree plus ~ 3-5 years working experience in IT, PhD is a plus~crlf~##Strategic IT Management best practices and certification (e.g. TOGAF, COBIT)~crlf~##ITIL trained/certified~crlf~##OPEX trained/certified~crlf~##Very good knowledge of cybernetic management models and their principles (e.g. VSM)~crlf~##Fluent in English (speaking and writing)~crlf~ ~crlf~Experience & Key skills~crlf~Experience~crlf~##~3-5 years of relevant professional experience in the areas of IT Strategy, strategic IT Management, Enterprise Architecture and ideally with cybernetic management models (e.g. in corporate environment, consultancy companies, research companies or universities)~crlf~##Master's degree or equivalent in the area of computer science, information system or comparable qualifications; PhD is a plus~crlf~##Experience in strategic IT Management, preferably incl. certificates as e.g. ITIL, COBIT, TOGAF~crlf~##Experience in driving strategic agendas in challenging and complex environments~crlf~##Experience as enterprise architect and business/IT alignment from a strategic perspective~crlf~##Experience with strategic demand and IT project porffolio management and continuous improvement ~crlf~##Experience as people leader and leading IT organizations is a plus~crlf~##Experience in change management and quality management~crlf~##Experience in project- and program management methods and techniques~crlf~##Very good understanding of global acting companies as Allianz Group, shared services setup (e.g. Allianz Technology), as well as IT organizations in the operating entities around the world~crlf~ ~crlf~Soft Skills~crlf~##Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills, ability to combine conceptual & implementation work~crlf~##Outstanding strategic competencies and the ability to see the big picture, couples with assertive strength and an attention to details~crlf~##High degree of intrinsic motivation to drive innovations and help to realize them~crlf~##Very good understanding and empathy around intercultural communication and understanding~crlf~##Very good sales / negotiation skills ~crlf~##Strong team player with high assertiveness and ability to work under pressure~crlf~##Talent to communicate and engage on all levels in particular including C-level~crlf~##Able to motivate people for optimization and change in their regular environment ~crlf~##Good facilitation and conflict management skills~crlf~
