Regional Talent Lead, North Central and Eastern Europe (NCEE) (m/f/d)

You will implement a transformational talent strategy for your region that builds and improves upon existing processes and systems. You will own talent acquisition and talent management activities managing a team of regional and local experts. ~crlf~ ~crlf~Reporting to the Global Head of People CoE (Centre of Excellence) along with being led by the Global Talent Acquisition Lead, Global Talent Management Lead and Regional Head of HR for NCEE, in this role you will focus on ensuring that our employee value proposition is renowned for creatively attracting, developing, and retaining top talents. You will serve as a strategic advisor, functional expert and thought partner to the HRBPs and leadership regarding key talent strategies and issues, including succession planning.

##Ensure regional implementation of globally defined Talent Management activities, aligned with the talent strategy and Allianz Partners people priorities: facilitate talent discussion with senior leaders, monitor Talent Management KPIs at regional level, provide succession planning and development guidance~crlf~##As the Talent architect and guardian, nurture the Talent Pool and support development, as well as career growth, of your talents. ~crlf~##Manage and run development center within region, foster dynamic talent market place within and across regions, build strong pipeline for critical roles, animate talent experience, discuss career-pathing options ~crlf~##Establish and constantly calibrate pipelines with potential internal and external candidates for Allianz Executive positions and critical roles. ~crlf~##Host regular meetings with Allianz Partners leaders to gather business intelligence and map their networks~crlf~##Ensure the execution of the regional recruitment plan~crlf~##Assist with forecasting and plan hiring activities, break the charge and look into bundling the capacities and activities among the region to ensure timely delivery, leveraging standardized process to ensure similar candidate experience across the business,~crlf~##Supporting automation wherever possible to reduce time to fill while increasing quality of service and efficiencies. streamline hiring practices and to increase talent sourcing by improving direct hiring in your region.~crlf~##Coach, develop and grow direct reports by providing feedback and developing a strong team culture of collaboration and growth. ~crlf~##Foster a Recruiting experts team in your region to co-create and steer the implementation of the new AzP hiring practices (mass-recruiting, professional/experts, niche and executive), leveraging continuously review the process, external vendor’s performance and candidate experience as well as to contribute to career website, social media channels and other EVP and experience initiatives (together with IHEX community).~crlf~##Perform recruitment activities for executive and niche roles across the region and transforming the way of recruiting at Allianz Partners. set up plan – in alignment with HRBP, IHEX & Talent teams and business functions –.this includes understanding and mapping the talent landscape, internal calibration and referrals, and matching those data points with the external talent supply~crlf~##Together with regional and local team, implemented the SuccessFactors ATS globally and agreed enabling technologies and solutions. Ensure talent acquisition and management teams to effectively utilize SuccessFactors that immediately improve communication, productivity and sharing candidates and talents.~crlf~##Co- Leading the design of Global Talent Products using a variety of methods to engage, develop and retain a globally diverse set of employees~crlf~##Deliver frequent reports and analysis to enable data-driven talent management and recruitment decisions~crlf~

You must be strategic, influential and confident in building relationships, additionally you will have:~crlf~##Experience in leadership search, candidate development and assessment skills and experience~crlf~##Proven experience in identifying, engaging and closing senior-level passive candidates.~crlf~##Good understanding of global Talent Management programs, HRIS (SuccessFactors), policies, processes and operations ~crlf~##Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to liaise and collaborate with senior business/Functional Heads~crlf~##Strategic and business knowledge combined with customer orientation~crlf~##Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English, additional languages a plus~crlf~##Experience in negotiation, advising and influencing executive leadership. ~crlf~##Proven Leadership skills and excellent program management~crlf~##Ability to be strategic and tactical when making decisions~crlf~##Tech savvy and interest for innovative solutions bringing efficiencies~crlf~##Internationally minded - Experience in working in global teams spread across geographies~crlf~
