Within Group Operations, Medical Assistance team aims at driving the strategy and transformation of Medical operations within AZ Partners as a globalized vertical function composed of 4 regional medical competence centers (MGCCs) in Brussels (Belgium), Munich (Germany), Brisbane (Australia) and Kitchener (Canada) supported by 28 entities worldwide. The Global Office team plays a fundamental role in driving the consolidation of this organization, increasing the efficiency and effectiveness while developing customer centricity on the platforms. Last but not least, it is responsible for the design and implementation of Virtual care operational capabilities for global products & partners. ~crlf~ ~crlf~Within Global Medical Operations, you will report to the strategy and transformation Medical Operations leadership, to support the design and implementation of the Medical Operations strategy, in particular:~crlf~ ~crlf~##Drive the set-up and implementation of key initiatives of Simplicity progam in alignment with the Group Transformation Office especially~crlf~ -Guided Care project aiming at steering patients to the right type of medical care including Virtual Care capabilities~crlf~ -The consolidation of operations by leading the implementation of hubs for front office medical activities~crlf~##Define & implement the Virtual Care strategy leading the transformation of medical assistance through doctor chat, tele-advice, tele-consultation~crlf~##Support transversal initiatives impacting Medical Operations (Allianz/Allianz Partner group projects, Digitalization of the Medical value chain, New products/tenders etc.)~crlf~##Define harmonized standards/procedures for Medical Operations

##Drive Simplicity key initiatives as part of “Simplicity program in alignment with the Group Transformation Office~crlf~-Lead & implement strategic projects streams such as:~crlf~##Guided Care – a new way of working optimizing the efficiency of our platforms while improving customer experience and reducing costs based on a smartscript~crlf~-Leverage the outcomes of the pilot in Canada to refine Global solution to be rolled-out in Europe~crlf~ -Define the Smartscript business needs & process to include medical algorithm, identification of the complexity of a medical case and associated severity ranking, definition of the escalation process to the right type of skillset on the platform~crlf~-Build operations process including Virtual Care capabilities~crlf~-Develop detailed roll-out plan~crlf~-Identify adaptations needed on ABS ACM to “plug” guided care solution~crlf~-Work in collaboration with Regional heads of MGCCs and global office teams such as OM, Pdct Mgt, Innovation, AZ Tech, implement it in Europe~crlf~-Accompany MGCCs/hubs in the implementation of the solution and new process by defining a transition plan and training plans~crlf~ ~crlf~##Regionalization – the build-up of European regional hubs consolidating front office activities of medical operations leveraging Guided care solution ~crlf~-Define precisely the new European set-up based on this regionalization~crlf~-Build detailed roll-out plan ~crlf~-Build target processes between hubs and MGCCs (and potentially Bus)~crlf~-Size the opportunity of activity consolidation~crlf~-Lead preparation work with Bus/MGCCs in terms of transfer, sizing, HR, knowledge transfer, process mapping, etc.~crlf~-Lead preparation work with hubs in terms of recruitment, training, office set-up, etc.~crlf~-Follow post go live transition of activities with all stakeholders and build corrective measures to solve open/blocking points~crlf~-Track and monitor key initiatives impacts and blocking points in strong collaboration with other internal AzP teams: Innovation, Ops transformation, Travel~crlf~-Review and update business case based on the evolution of the program~crlf~ ~crlf~##Define and implement Virtual Care capabilities:~crlf~-Assess Virtual Care AS IS situation (doctor chat, tele-advice, tele-consultation)~crlf~-Build a value proposition to be integrated into global solutions proposed by Innovation & Sales~crlf~-Assess AZP current technologies & lead the implementation of this 24/7 Virtual Care set-up leveraging group capabilities~crlf~-Work with MGCCs/Bus to develop their Virtual care capabilities locally~crlf~-Collaborate with other key stakeholders to include our Virtual Care capabilities in their global solution (eg. Digital Access to Care)~crlf~ ~crlf~##Support transversal initiatives impacting Medical Operations (Allianz/Allianz Partner group projects, COVID19 projects, Digitalization of the Medical value chain, New products/tenders etc.)~crlf~-Act as representative of the unit towards other Global functions (Marketing, HR, Sales,…)~crlf~-Analyse requests from other departments and recommend proposals / solutions~crlf~-Drive alignment of Regional Operational Heads towards a common position~crlf~-Support Regional initiatives and projects~crlf~ ~crlf~##Ensure ad-hoc reporting to stakeholders :~crlf~-Prepare ad-hoc updates for top management/ AZP Board~crlf~-Identify issues, escalate them and track resolution~crlf~-Ensure alignment with management/Regional Operational Heads on key orientations~crlf~

##Prior analysis work experience (5+), preferably with consultancy background (not required) ~crlf~##Experience in operations would be appreciated, but not required~crlf~##Strong analytical and organizational skills~crlf~##Ability to structure strategic topics and communicate effectively to top management/Board level~crlf~##Pragmatic solution finder~crlf~##Comfortable in a changing environment, where reactivity to short-notice requests are expected~crlf~##Previous experience working in a global team~crlf~##Ability to work autonomously~crlf~##Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills required~crlf~##Fluency in English required, German/Italian/French a plus~crlf~ ~crlf~This position is based in Paris with frequent travel necessary.~crlf~
