Business Analyst (m/f)
The department Organizational Management is in charge of driving global IT projects across all lines of business of Allianz Partners. They act as the main interface between Business Units globally and Allianz Technology, dedicated to provide IT standard services. ~crlf~ ~crlf~Based in the headquarters of Paris and Munich, the team is responsible for prioritization of back-office investments and fostering harmonization of processes, through the implementation of the group target platforms. In this perspective, the team needs to ensure a certain balance between simplification / standardization of tools and processes and specific business needs in order to contribute to answer current corporate challenges : IT cost efficiency, innovation, optimization of time to market, etc.~crlf~ ~crlf~Ultimately, the Business Analyst contributes to the deployment and roll-out of Allianz Partners platforms on its allocated scope (line of business / functional area), in cooperation with all the stakeholders and in alignment with OM strategy
As Business Analyst you are in charge of the following responsibilities :~crlf~ ~crlf~Contribute to the implementation of global platforms and specific solutions required on the scope allocated to you, meaning:~crlf~##Gather and harmonize local business needs: collect and challenge the needs, facilitate workshops, define level of priority, deep dive if needed, translate it into functional requirements.~crlf~##Support the analysis of the as is situation /problems and propose possible solutions: together with IT team, define solutions, validate them with Business and send them through validation process~crlf~##Follow-up developments, test and support Business Units’ migration: built Test cases, liaise with IT and Business to ensure result is relevant, link with training team to accompany local key users;~crlf~##Constantly monitor and report on progress to the management and all stakeholders~crlf~ ~crlf~Identify and highlight to your manager any opportunity of process improvement. ~crlf~ ~crlf~Contribute to project management on your scope:~crlf~##Create and maintain comprehensive functional documentation ~crlf~##Manage and document all risks, issues and decisions ~crlf~##Manage metrics defined by Management to measure efficiency gains~crlf~##Report and escalate issues to management if needed + propose solutions, options and alternatives~crlf~ ~crlf~Contribute to OM organization, structure and strategy:~crlf~##Participate to transversal discussions at OM level~crlf~##Participate to the life of the team: department initiatives, new joiners onboarding, etc.~crlf~
##2 to 4 years of experience in business needs gathering and / or information system management~crlf~##Insurance knowledge “as a plus”~crlf~##Agile knowledge “ as a plus”~crlf~##Advanced in Excel, Power Point~crlf~##Fluent in English~crlf~##Solid analytical abilities~crlf~##Strong interpersonal skills, able to foster relationships with peers and other functions~crlf~##Highly motivated, dynamic and self-steering~crlf~##Willingness to travel abroad for short period on request~crlf~##Values diversity and comfortable in a complex multi-cultural environment~crlf~
